To those of you, who like me worry too much about weight..

So I have been trying to loose weight on and off for about 2 years now. First I would just do counting calories then just working out. I wanted my weight loss to be a lifestyle change where eventually I wouldn't have to be paranoid about counting calories and/or working out everyday for an hour a day because I knew for me that was not realistic. In May of this year I decided to continue to eat healthy, but not be paranoid about counting calories. I also started NROLFW. I only did it 3x a week and honestly some weeks was 2x a week and if I was sick or overwhelmed I would take a few days or a week off depending on what was going on. About a month ago I started adding in one or two days of cardio and only 2x a week of lifting. Not that my results are amazing by any means, but just wanted to show my results for others that don't see the scale move hardly at all like me. I feel in staying motivated it is very important to take pictures and measurements at least once a month so you have another way of seeing your results...I went from 150lbs to 147lbs

I think lower case img perhaps?
ETA: you look great!! I really need to get a copy of NROL4W! I keep thinking about it but the more results I see that more convinced I am that lifting is the way to go.0 -
You look great. It's hard to believe that is only a 3lb difference.
But, wtf is NROLFW?0 -
THANKS FOR THE HELP!!!! I was on the fence too about buying. It was either spend hundreds on a workout video program I was thinking about or $15 for a book!!0

Oh wow! I have been running for 5 months now and I need to start doing some weights. Do you have to go to the gym to do the workouts in the book?0
-
They say you could do it at home, but unless you have a a whole weight system at your house I don't think it seems possible.0
