I have completed one round of Insanity and ready to start again! But I am adding p90x. Any suggestions or anyone want to join me?!

I'm starting p90x tomorrow. I'm in desperate need of someone to motivate me and make sure I do it everyday. I'm 9 months postpartum and still have 50lbs of baby weight to lose! I need a friend!

You might consider adding running into your hybrid cycle. I use all 3 myself. P90x, insanity,p90x,insanity,p90x,run, rest. Week 2, p90x,insanity,p90x,run,p90x,run,rest

I then alternate between the weeks. I never thought I would say it, but p90x is slow. I try to add at least 1/2 mile per week. Friday I did 7 and Sunday 8.

You worked too hard for insanity don't quit doing it.

Actually I did add running into my last three weeks of insanity and planning to do it again. I hate running but it is much needed! I was just figuring out where to do it. I like Wednesdays off and can really only run on weekends, when my husband is home. So I am thinking day 3 or 4 of each week.

So nervous but excited to start something new. Loved Insanity but need to break it up a bit and do some toning now!

    Open to any other advice!
