Hi, I haven't read all of the posts, but was wondering if anyone is familiar with a website that will calculate calories and other nutritional content if you type in the ingredients of a recipe. I want to calculate the nutritional content of some of my home made recipes. Thanks for any help!

good question! I would like to know too, hence you can prepare accordingly before making a recipe, and possibly use substitutes or limit quantity as needed.
edit: thanks Faith looks like that will work well. then use the info to add into MFP as a food you created.0 -
