The Hungries

Dunno if this is the right spot for this...You know what I really Dislike, that feeling I get when my body says "you're hungry, eat!" when I just ate, and I *know* I am not really hungry...

What do you do in this situation?

    I usually have a cup of tea or a glass of crystal light, it helps me.

    I usually have some ice cold water. It always helps me!

    I look for something around the house that needs to be done... toss in a load of laundry, unload the dishwasher, empty the wastebaskets. Anything to keep me busy for 15 or 20 minutes. By the time that I'm done I realize I wasn't really hungry, just bored. And my house is cleaner. :smile:

    I did some ROM exercises, good for the joints/muscles, is movement and keeps me focused on something "else" Plus, they can be done in front of the telly.
