Eating 3-6 meals a day

It's hard to eat 3 meals a day (at least) when you are working so hard at work. I forget to eat when I am overwhelmed at work and that is 99% of the time, and that leads to over eating. Do you have any suggestions on how I can overcome this obstacle.

I do this, too. I can't say I've taken all this advice, but here is what others have told me (I save my calories for the evening and then tend to shove whatever is closest into my mouth).
Eat a large breakfast.
Have a drawer of healthy snacks at work - the kind you can shove into your face in the elevator on the way to a meeting (like raw almonds, rice cakes, etc.)
Buy a bunch of vegetables, cut them up, and put them on a plate around some hummos or something. Cover this and keep it in the fridge - top shelf, always ready.
Cook healthy stuff on the weekends and freeze it in individual servings you can heat and eat at work the next week.
If you don't have a fridge or freezeer at work, get a mini one, put it under your desk, and stock it!0 -

I had a job like that. My solution was to quit that job. I know, not always the best solution. But by law they owe you a lunch and a break....don't you take it? Take care of yourself.
You need breaks in stressful jobs. Being under stress makes it really hard to lose weight due to stress hormones (Cortisol).0 -

I dont really eat meals. Except for dinner. I dont eat from about 5-9 because of my work and gym schedule, so by 9 im starving. So except for dinner I really just eat snacks or small meals ALL DAY LONG. Like seriously, every 2-3 hours I will eat about 100-200 calories0

Eating small intermittent meals has helped me with appetite control and concentrating on small meal size.0

Ready? Here it comes: Meal frequency doesn't matter as long as you meet your macronutrient goals for the day. GASP!
I consume all 2300 of my calories between 1800 and 2200. Although I am nostalgic about breakfast sometimes
The above idea is a much better option. Just be sure to leave a 8-10 hour fasting state (usually called sleep).0 -
what i have done before is eat light while working and just eat bigger healthy meals either before and/or after work staying within your calories. i like this method because it's easy to not eat while busy at work and i get to enjoy more delicious meals by not having to worry about how much cheese i want to add or if i want avocado with it etc0

I normally do this. I front load most my carbs and protein during lunch and breakfast so I can use it during the day and burn it all. Then I have 2 small snacks (generally fruit/veggies) before and after dinner. Dinner is a varible depending how much exercise I get to get back my exercise normally I save 300 calories and add from what I burn during the day. This makes it fun I exercise so I can have a rewarding meal or just be lazy and have a snack without worrying about going over.0
