Losing the last 5 lbs and love handles with Nutrition

So I have an idea of the exercises I can do to lose the last 5 lbs and my love handles; lots of cardio and strength training.
And although I have refined my nutritional habits and am more healthy, I'm looking for a more intense nutrtional guide to help me lose this weight. I know the general guidelines, stay away from fatty and sugary foods, eat lots of fruits and veggies, etc.
That's all fine and dandy. I'm hoping to lose these love handles and weight in 30 days. So I need some more structure and guidance such as:
1) How many calories should I be eating for the 30 days?
2) How many servings of fruits, veggies, starch, protein, etc. should I have a day?
3) How much fat (good fats) should I have a day?
I need some concrete advice to make my nutritional habits really coincide with my goal. Any suggestions and help would be wonderful. Thanks
