I think it's time. It's a new school year, new classes, new friends and it's about time for a new me. I've tried so many times already to lose weight and I was very successful a few years ago, I lost 50 lbs and was 13lbs away from my goal weight but the stress of graduating high school and figuring out finances for college/getting ready to move to college, cause me to gain it all back (plus some). Please, please, please feel free to add me, I'm in need of all the support I can get.

I know exactly how you feel! I recently graduated college with an extra 30 pounds on me from when I started. It sucks but we can get there

Good luck to you!
For me, the freshman 15 (12 in my case) wasn't so bad, but I kept gaining, finally got rid of it a few years after graduating.0
