    I agree, but that's what some of us are here for and just think, when we "only" lost one pound we can become so disappointed. Now, I will always think of how disgusting that one pound was and I'll be happier that it's gone!

    I prefer to imagine the weight of lost as those 1 pound blocks of butter. Each one of them is such a huge chunk of fat! That's a little too gross for me when butter does the trick. :laugh:
