    OKaaay, so It's not Washington but can you blame me for wishing it was? I live near Coeur D'Alene, Idaho. Travel to Spokane quite often.

    Coeur D'Alene is beautiful!! We would go there quite often when I was growing up :).

    I am a Spokonite now been here for over 6 years, love Spokane. Some of the winters are not to nice but love the quite of the country. Just found your site on myfitnesspal. I am on a low carb diet through my dietician can not have more then 150 per day do to being diabetic. Since February I have gotten rid of over 30 pounds, and my blood sugar has come down. I am jazzed about that. So wanted to join you all. The muffin receipe sounds great if I can cut carbs more, I will do it. Thank you : )
