Hi my name is Julie and I am from Brisbane, Australia. I am starting on this weight loss journey and would really appreciate some friends and support along the way. I am 45 years old and have two teenage age kids. I love camping, 4WDing, photography and country music. I was recently diagnosed with chronic asthma after suffering side effects from it for just over 12 months, so I am looking forward to feeling better and getting more exercise. Oh and of course loosing weight. I am currently 135kg (297lb) and want to get to a weight of 100kg (220lb) initially and I will reassess when I get there.

hey , i m Paris from CA, i am doing differeent exercises from 4 months and have reduced my weight 10 kgs to 85KGs = 187 lb and lokking forward to join a program to become more fit.
