So, I have a 50th Birthdya party to go to at the end of september and I have the most stunning jumpsuit to wear!
It fits well, is very slimming etc etc, however, it would fit that little bit better if I could shed an inch or so off my hips. I go to the gym regularly, and I am steadily loosing weight but i wondered if anyone knows anything that could give me a boost other than my usual cardio routine?
There must be some tricks of the trade to help target problem areas!
All ideas welcome
Thanks!

Drastically reduce sodium and salt (contains sodium) intake.
Increase water/green tea drinking phenom rates.
Add a compound weights routine before your cardio
Increase the level of your cardio, or shorten time and look into HIIT cardio
Diet to include as many clean foods (ONLY IF POSS) - lean meat + veg (raw is best, but steamed/blanch is good)
1 glass of DRY white wine before bed on the day of birthday will help dehydrate fat cells a bit more too.
Profit from amazing day further.0 -
Sure. Do some exercise to firm up your bottom and upper thighs. Low sodium to avoid water weight bloat.
Lower your carbs.0
