Have you ever mapped your journey?

I recently built myself a spreadsheet to map my weight for the last 21 years (15-36) against life challenges etc. It suddenly jumped out at me that I've gained and lost 3 dress sizes 4 times in 20 years. Each period of weight gain corresponded exactly to working a job (or uni) that i hated and each weight loss was preceeded by a breakup of a long term relationship. During the stable periods of my life my weight has been stable too. This recent weight loss was preempted by a starting a new, and hopefully more fulfilling job.
Its been really interesteing for me- has anyone else done anything similar? What did you learn?

I had a very unstable childhood, which lead to me being a very overweight child....Once I became an adult and had control of my own life the weight was much more under control. I agree with the work thing to. It seems the happier you are with your personal life the better your health is!0
