Protein Shake??

Can anyone recommend a good protein shake? one that tastes good on it's own and I don't have to add a bunch of fruit to it to make it taste good?

    Premier Nutrition.....they are amazing. Sometimes I have one as a "treat" they are so good!

    I use whey pro performance from gnc in cookies in cream and I like it, I think it tastes good with cold water or soy milk.... BUT I was talking with some other mfpers and they said to try the syntha 6 by BSN, supposed to be really good! So theres a couple options :smile:

    I get the premier nutrition @ Costco for about $26 for 18 (they are already mixed for you!)

    there isn't a costco near me so i looked on gnc.com...
    they offer packet (similar to crystal light that you add to a bottle of water) - have you ever used those?

    I get it at Costco as well, but I seen it at GNC, walmart, target and Sams club! I get the premade ones I am on the go so much it works out great!
