Hi there. I am new to this website. I believe I used to have the app on my iPhone, but was disappointed with it. I came across the site yesterday and it looks great. I am not overweight, nor have I ever been, but I do still struggle with emotional eating. I want only to shed about 5 vanity pounds, but mostly I want to be more mindful of my food choices. I sometimes am very hard on myself about what I eat/how I look and I believe that I often make food choices based on my emotions rather than to fuel my body. I work out between 6-7 days a week and have done that since my teenage years. I would love to meet some new friends who are trying to lead a healthy life, and hopefully we can inspire each other. :flowerforyou:
