You know, the kind of scales that analyse your weight and BF%?

The best way to accurately get bodyfat % is DXA scan, however that tends to be costly unless you can get a local university to use you as a test subject Calipers are next $10 and lots of youtube videos on how to use them correctly. I purchased a Omron 306c for $30 from Amazon (handheld) tends to be +-1% from calipers if used correctly and it takes 30 seconds. The ones you get built into traditional scales are highly inaccurate.

It is amazing! I also did a scan with a nutritionist to calibrate for me and a friend and it was right on.0

been very happy with the Withings scale and it appears accurate enough for me. Also feeds the data to my fitbit which is nice.0
