Hello!

:smile: I'm new to this. I've set a goal of losing 55 pounds before I turn 50 in at the end of 2014. I'm using the app on my iPhone and iPad and today decided to log in here and say hello. This is my 2nd week and I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 1.5 lbs already! Monday will be my official weigh-in day. I've been exercising most days (walk 2 miles) and the college where I work is opening a new fitness center so I can add strength exercises into my routine too. Thanks for reading!
