My new favorite lunch: Chobani 0% Vanilla (1 cup) mixed with 1 scoop of chocolate protein and 1/4 cup kashi go lean crunch...holy amazing. holy protein. holy filling.

I do Greek plain yogurt (the one that only has ONE ingredient) I put some pineapple pieces and a bit of of agave nectar...delicious and filling, at least for me ...gotta try yours though!0
