Hi,
I'm new to this board I've just downloaded the app to my iphone and now come on to look at the website. So hello ladies and gents :-)
My question is this. If 195g of cooked rice is 265 calories how many calories would you allow for 140g instead. Sorry but my maths is rubbish.
thanks
Sam

Just take 140/195 and times by 265. Would equal 190 calories. If you find the item in the database for 195g, then when you enter in the quantity ate - just enter in 0.72, and it should calculate the calories for you.
Hope that helps.0 -
Put in .72 servings. (140/195) Hope that helps. I spend the day at work helping high school students with math.0

190 Calories. You can always enter it as a serving being 1 gram (if that option is there) and enter in 140 servings.0
