Hello everyone.
A quick introduction about my self. I'm 6'4 - 260 lbs and I need to go down to 200 lbs. and stay at 6'4
Here is how I'm thinking to approach my weight loss: less intake than burning.
I burn about 2000 calories per day by doing normal stuff "according to the web this is the average for my weight/hight and age"
Doing Cardio, I've ben burning about 1000 calories per day.
Eating about 1200 calories per day.
So here is my forumla:
average burn + Workout - intake = daily burned calories
2000 + 1000 - 1200 = 1800 total burned per day
At this rate and if my formula is correct I should be able to burn 1 lbs in 2 days as it's about 3500 calories per 1 lbs of fat.
