Just an odd question. According to MFP you subtract 20 calories for an ounce of breast milk consumed? I have a friend that uses it in their coffee and was curious. How can it subtract calories? any theories? TKS:laugh:

I'm guessing it means consumed by your baby, not by you... You subtract calories because your body expends calories creating it.0

I think that it means that your baby consumes...Nursing burns calories....consuming it will add them like any other food...0

Man I did not even think about that!! No wonder I am so freaking hungry all the time. I need to update my profile stat so MFP realizes that I'm nursing.0
