I have now been losing weight for the last couple of months and have noticed my clothes sizes drop already. My only problem is I still have quite big thighs and bum which when i wear jeans don't look right. Does anyone know of any exercises to trim these areas?

You can't really spot-reduce.....if it's fatty, you need cardio to burn it off.

You can tone those muscles. Squats and lunges are the good old fashioned way. Stairs are also really good. I've found biking has really toned my thighs.

    Run up steep hills.

Once I incorporated 3 steep, large roller coaster hills in my run, I experienced the closest thing to spot burning I've ever seen.

The amazing muscle tone underneath the fat will reshape your thigh in a good way.

I first noticed a change after about 6 weeks of running 5 miles 3x/week. My route is all in rolling terrain with 3 really steep tall hills in it.

I love Brazil Butt Lift. I was in physical therapy for weaknesses causing knee pain when running. They gave me a series of exercises to do 30 minutes a day. They were boring. I started BBL and hated it at first, but soon learned to like it and I"m a huge fan now.

there's a ton of different ways to do this. i like lots of heavy squats, db lunges, squat jumps, up and overs, lateral lunges, butt blaster, hill running intervals, step mill. Pick your poison!
