How often do you bring the dog out daily?

I walk the pooch for a good 30-60min daily sometimes more if I eat to much or really bored anyone else do this to distract themselves from eating or going over calories?

  I take my 2 Shepherds out for about 1.5 hours a day. They will go crazy if I don't. The calorie burn I get is a bonus
