East Coast Virtual Meet Up Workout 6am

I'm not sure where to go with this one yet. Brainstorming thoughts that I have on starting a group to "virtually" meet online at 6am Eastern Time (USA) to exercise

Start Monday, September 10th 6am

Log onto MFP before 6am Eastern to let the group know your about to work out plan

Do a 45 minute workout (whatever you want)

Log out after you let the group know that you've completed your work out

Those who keep up with the group should hopefully enjoy weigh loss over a period of time because we'll expect you to be there everyday for your workout.
