Leftovers!

My manager brought in Chinese food she took home from a party. There was lo mein, crab rangoon, General Tso chicken, coconut shrimp (battered, coated liberally with coconut and DEEP-FRIED?!), and chicken wings. Dummy me, I brought home what was left after my co-workers ate their fill.

Yes, I did eat some of it - one of the shrimp after I pulled all the coating off, and the TINIEST piece of Tso chicken I could find. I scraped together the Tso sauce and the tiny bits of broccoli and put it on rice that I'd brought in with the chicken I'd also brought.

So - I should throw out the remainders, right?

I hate throwing out food...

It's all about portions and measuring. Keep it and measure out small portions of it! Enjoy food, don't fear it!

If it can fit your calories I don't see why you would throw out that delicious sounding food?

Thank you. I just might take the Gen. Tso for lunch tomorrow. With some rice. And give that last shrimp to the cats, LOL.
