cutting fat and building muscle...thoughts?

I just started doing this about a week a half ago. So far I have lost about a pound to two pounds and shaved off about 1% body fat. Would like to get everyones thoughts on what they think of the article?

I previously would work out doing circuits, plyo, sprint training etc. Few months ago got into lifting more weights and trying to put weight on..but realized I would like to be lean and mean....

So let me know what yall think...Look forward to hearing from you ...

    Unlikely to do both outisde of first 3-4 months of lifting. Let us know how it goes.

    Yea, I hear ya. I have been messing around with a couple different options, and thought I would give this one a shot for about four to six weeks..I will keep you updated for sure...

    so far I like it ..almost two weeks in. We'll see how it goes when i hit four to five in. the low carb days are tough, I am only supposed to eat 85 carbs but I usually end up around 90...you would think the high carb days would be easy but that is like 380 carbs for me! Thankfully being Italian I like pasta..lol
