    Thanks for the love
    Quick question.
Being vegan/vego/pesco I'd love to know where you all get your protein from, I use Sunwarrior protein shakes, they're fantastic!

from foods like beans, quinoa, whole grains, a variety of fruits and vegetables. I seem to get 40-50g of protein a day like that so I don't think I need a powder.

Wow! That's fantastic! I'm way behind on the protein, I love quinoa and I'm crazy about garbanzo beans so I'll definitely add that to the intake.
  • Me too, feel free to add me if you'd like! :)

I get about 60 grams a day usually....beans, lentils, quinoa, oatmeal, hemp powder/raw cacao powder smoothies, nuts, ground flax, nutritional yeast, fruits/veggies add up too.....

(I do eat manuka honey 16+ and use it for cuts/scratches on my kids so I guess that makes me not a true vegan but no meat, eggs, dairy, etc.)
