As you exercise you are exchanging fat cells for muscle. As muscle weighs more than fat for mass, you may be able to see a difference in your body and not notice the difference on the scale.

I am in the same boat you are. And my frustration is affecting my willpower. We must persist!
  • I have been having those moments too! Except today I was told by a stranger at the gym that she noticed I was losing weight and looking good! So it must be showing somewhere! Please don't get discouraged! If you need more support please feel free to add me :) Good luck

I know the feeling! willpower is going down...and my wedding is 3 weeks away and it's getting me even more frustrated!

i've actually found that not eating after 5pm makes a HUGE difference...don't know if it works that way for everyone else, but you might wanna give it a try! =)

Are you taking measurements and progress pics? I do measurements/progress pics once a month. They give you a MUCH more realistic picture of your progress because as mentioned earlier, muscle weighs more than fat, so you are most likely losing fat mass while gaining muscle mass. Since muscle mass is leaner than fat, you will definitely be able to see progress in measurements and pictures. Word of caution tho, I only do them once/month because becoming fit is a relatively slow process, and looking for results too early or too often can really be discouraging.

    Don't give up! :)
