I tried this recipe the other day and I am super pleased and delighted that it is so easy to make! AND its SO delicious! I was spending a small fortune on store bought kimchi. Im so hooked. Plus, Its supposed to VERY good for you. fermentation is good for the digestion and the spice helps boost metabolism, and its so low in calories I LOVE KIMCHI!

I love kimchi!!!!! I recommend kimchi pancakes. I don't actually know how to make them but you will probably be able to find a recipe online. My sister found one and they tasted pretty good
