For me it's how slim my midsection got. Didn't think I could get a 25 inch waist.

Tell me yours.

Overall really... but my face & my butt are the ones I'm happiest about. The last 10 lbs made a huge difference, so did lifting weights (for my butt).

There is not one change for the worse...I am pleased with them all. My hips seem less wide, my calves are really toned, my arms (no more chicken flaps YAY!), my butt has always been round, but its toning nicely. I love exercising!

Well... overall fat loss comes from eating slightly less calories than you expend, of course. But to get the lift for the booty... doing heavy lifts such as squats, deadlifts, glute bridges & lunges... that's the only thing that LIFTED my butt. It only took 3 months to do this, that's the great part... I've been slacking the past two months and I'm noticing it dropping ever so slightly.

    Consistency is key.

This may sound silly, but for me, a work in progress still, it's finding my collarbones! They are just beginning to show after years of being buried!!

I'm not there yet, but having lost about 70 pounds since I first started, I'm most pleased that there isn't the pain in my knees, my hips, that there was at 300Lbs. I'm pleased that I can see my toes, I'm pleased that I can walk all around the store and no longer have to drive around, looking for the closest parking space so I don't have to stop to catch my breath.

All in all, there isn't a single thing I'm "most" pleased with, I suppose I'm "most" pleased with my progress, and it gives me the determination to follow through, pass up the Oreo's, Twinkies, and $6 burgers, 'cause this IS a better me..

I never cared much for my arms, back, or shoulders before. Now I wear tank tops with pride in the sweltering southern summers.

My favorite physical change? Everything but in particular my face!

My favorite overall change is when I have to add more weight because I've underestimated what my body can now do.

I love my small little waist. I'm obviously a hippy person but I think the little waist looks super nice in dresses.

Being able to walk around at work without trying to find something to carry in front of myself to cover my fat.

My next goal will be being comfortable sitting in front of people without trying to find something to cover my fat.. lol.

I can do man push-ups, planks, side-planks, downward dog all day long, and run over 9 miles straight. I'm strong and could kick *kitten* if needed. I can throw my 4 year old over my head, do flips on the trampoline and more than contribute in the bedroom. :blushing: It's awesome sauce!
