Hi ! I need advice. I have a small frame. I am 5' 4'', started at 67kgs (148 Lbs). I am now at 64kgs (141Lbs). I still have about 5 kgs (10 Lbs) to lose. I really need to know how much to eat. Some websites say 1200 cals, others say about 1600 cals. I am at my wits end and i really don't want to develop an eating disorder. Could y'all please advise me? I walk a lot as part of my job. Please help! Thanks in advance.

Been stuck on the last 19 for a bit now...what I was doing is no longer working. So I upped my cals (which scares me to death) and started focusing more on lifting and how my body looks compared to what the number says. I'm also cutting my cardio days down in favor of rest days. I know it won't help "weight loss" but it helps ensure my muscles fully recover from the heavy lifting sessions.0

try this website ...found about it today from an mfp pal...and i loved the way they "zigzaged" my calories for me for a week!
http://www.freedieting.com/
go under the "calculate daily calories needed" to get it personalized for you...
And another thing I've learned from mfp <hardly a month and i did learn alot ...love this site > .... calculate body fat percentage for a better "weight loss".... That is a much more helpful tool in determining how lean you are...0 -
I had the same issue but drastically changing my macros kick-started the fat loss again.
I was on a high protein, low fat, medium carb diet. Changed it to high protein, high fat and almost no carbs. Didn't change the total calories.0 -
I cut down my calories and quit most of my hardcore exercising. I will probably catch crap for saying this. That's fine. Now, I didn't go below 1300-1500 typically, and I did stop hardcore cardio and most of my weightlifting. I basically took a 2 month break to clear my head, dealt with some emotional issues. I dropped the last 8 lbs this way. I just rested... mind & body. The fat just came right off. Is this the answer for everyone? Probably not. But for me, it did. And now I'm ready to start lifting again...0
