To gym or not to gym, that is the question

I worked out the past two days and I really killed my legs yesterday. Legs are pretty sore, but I could still do arms and abs today. Or... I could do a full body workout tomorrow and skip it today. What do we think?

    Get to the gym! You may feel a bit better after you workout anyway. My legs were quite sore last weekend but I went and did a leg workout (it was 2 days after the one that made me sore) and the soreness eased up during the workout. If you're working a different area anyway, I wouldn't even question it.

    Some light work with your legs could possibly loosen them up a bit, as suggested

    Just keep in mind, people generally recommend that you take at least one day off per week from working out to give your body a little recovery time. Feel free to push through today, but make sure you get your rest time too :)
