Hello there!
I'm doing 30 day shred every day but would like to do something else too.
-I need a workout that I can do at home. I have very small space for working out
-no props required
-I love Jillian so something like that
-I'm still a beginner so something that's not too difficult
-something for losing weight
-something that gives results
any suggestions?

For some of their workouts you will need props but you might be able to substitute with something you have in your house. They are awesome workouts!0 -
Yoga. I do Denise Austin's Power Yoga (Hatha/Vinyasa type of Yoga - easy flow) after I do my Ripped in 30 workouts. It helps relax the body and develop strength, especially in the core.
