suggestions wanted

Hello there!

I'm doing 30 day shred every day but would like to do something else too.
-I need a workout that I can do at home. I have very small space for working out
-no props required
-I love Jillian so something like that
-I'm still a beginner so something that's not too difficult
-something for losing weight
-something that gives results :D

any suggestions? :)

    For some of their workouts you will need props but you might be able to substitute with something you have in your house. They are awesome workouts!
  • Yoga. I do Denise Austin's Power Yoga (Hatha/Vinyasa type of Yoga - easy flow) after I do my Ripped in 30 workouts. It helps relax the body and develop strength, especially in the core.
