It is good, I lost 15 pounds on it last year in a few months.0

I used to do WW online. In my opinion this food database is so much more superior to WW and it is free.0

I also used WW before and to me it's a waist of money because you get the same thing on MFP for free!0

I used to have it - pretty much the same thing as MFP except you pay a bunch. Plus I wasn't losing a thing on WW and I'm losing here.0

I'm a lifetime ww member who recently switched to mfp (ww is free for me). mfp seems to have a more comprehensive data base, but may not always be accurate. The reason I like mfp better is it tracks macros, giving me better information. Other than following the good health guidelines in ww, I have no idea what I'm eating as far as protein, carbs, fat, etc. I was at goal, but not feeling great. Started tracking here and found my protein lacking. I've switched things up and feel so much better I've reset my goal to a lower weight (I'm back to my "old" goal). ww is supportive and meetings can help keep you on track, but if you're looking for online only support, the message boards and blogs on ww are open to all (and free). Hope this helps!0
