Treadmill?

Hello,

I workout on the treadmill at the YMCA for an hour give or take. and I walk on the other days or try to. I'm I doing ok??

You're doing some kind of moving so you're doing just fine, in my opinion.

It's better than doing nothing and you're doing better than me! I've just re-started on the treadmill and I can manage a half-hour before I need to stop.

Even better! Mine's not that fancy but it does have a cord for me to plug in my iPod or iPhone.

working out on the treadmill and walking outside are both excellent exercise's. You are up and moving and that is very good. At least your's has a TV on it that would be nice. I can listen to my Iphone or MP3 player on mine. :flowerforyou:
