After 18 weeks of weigh loss and down 48 pounds, I decided to sign up for my first half marathon. I am not a runner or a jogger, so I will be walking the whole thing. The half marathon should last 4.5 hours. I went to the track on Monday to walk the full 13.1 miles and see how long it took me and what I need to work on. I was guessing I would finish between 4-4.5 hours. Nope!! I finished at 3 hours and 41 minutes!!! My first goal was to finish at 4 hours, my new goal is now 3 hours or under!!! I feel so proud of myself that I did the whole walk and making it under my time goal!!
