Hi,
I just joined a boot camp class. Just wondering if anyone knows how to enter that in your exercise log?
Thank you!

Our instructor told us to use circuit training (for however long your session is). Good luck, it's addicting!0

I'm entering mine as circuit training, too! Enjoy!0

I use my HRM and so have made a personal exercise name called "Bootcamp" and just add calories burnt
otherwise just add as Circuits0 -
I wear an HRM for mine so entered it as my own exercise as Bootcamp with HRM. You can get an amazing calorie burn. Hope you're enjoying it :happy:0

fwiw, I just checked Circuit Training and the burn is roughly what I get for Boot Camp when I use my HRM. So Circuit Training is likely pretty accurate.0

I usually just use the "Calisthenics, Vigorous Effort" or "Circuit Training" options, as this is the closest description I've been able to find so far.0 -
Thanks guys! Much appreciated...I will use circuit training to enter it0
