That I had a NSV. (You know who you are and Thank You)
So I thought I would post about it.
When I first started doing the 30D Shred 7 days ao I couldn't get through a rep of jumping jacks and today when doing it I was able to do 3 reps.

Sorry about my earlier post. I was really feeling discouraged but I am going to focus more on the bigger picture. I feel better these days and that speaks volumes for my progress.

YAY!!! When I was doing the 30DS the rewards were so small to ME that I missed them but when I really thought about it I realized they were really quite BIG and each was a step towards success. :D

Keep going! You're doing just fine.
  • Nice job! A small step, is still a step in the right direction! Good for you!

I didn't know what it was either. Glad to know I'm not the only one. And, I'm glad you asked. LOL. There has been a few things I had to find out on my own -- because I was afraid to ask. I've never really been active in message boards before coming to MFP.

Congratulations! I am glad you are feeling better also! I have been a little gloomy lately too, but trying to stay focused on the big picture and not my minor setbacks.

I never heard of NSV before, how ironic, that I got on here and saw this.I have been struggling withNSV I amwondering if I need to be cutting my calorie goal down ,or am eating the wrong things...I haven't lost a thing in 7 days. I had lost 12 lbs. th efirst 3 weeks, now 0. I even went in to reduce my calorie intake on the tracker. My doctor had told me not to go below 1300 calories (I am diabetic T2) . Sorry to see others struggle but nice to know I am not alone, Thanks for the insight :flowerforyou:

    NSV is a non-scale victory!
