      I reach my one year anniversary in October. I wish I had measured and documented each month like you did. But at the time I started I absolutely had no faith in myself and figured like all the other times I started a "diet" that I would stop in a couple weeks.

      Congrats again on your awesomeness, commitment and dedication. And keep on rollin' in your journey and you'll know your goal weight when you reach it!
