Thats what I thought.
Hi all I'm new at this and It seems easy to use.
I have already lost 4 lbs
I'm at a 36" waist at this time and would love to be back at a 32
I still have lots of size 32 jeans, they are just hard to throw away.
So far It looks like a fun adventure.

Great job on your part :) I too have lost a few kilos and 3 of my shirts are like tents on my body so I have to get them seized.
  • Good luck!! It's a hard and rocky adventure but it is very rewarding!

I'm in the same boat as you. I blamed the washer and dryer for my shrinking T-shirts. Then I realized it was me.

I wish I could get that money back.

Rock on. I'm glad you're headed in the right direction.

Great title. That was happening to me too. I blamed the washer, dryer, anything at all. Never me.
Surprise! It WAS me. In time... In time. MFP is a great place to be.

You're off to a great start! Keep it up and you'll be wearing those 32 jeans before you know it.

Understand completely about the 32 inch waist jeans- I'm holding on to a pair of size 10 jeans hoping to get back into them. Good luck.

Well maybe not the dryer, but you'll have to take the washing machine back when it starts stretching all your clothes in the wash!!
