I was wondering if anyone out there had any success losing the last 10-20 pounds and could give any tips on what had to change to make it through to the end

I was stuck for half a year - then changed to clean eating (no grain, no sugar at all, no processed foods) and the last ten dropped off in a couple of weeks. It is not easy to eat clean - takes a lot of effort and is not cheap, either... but I feel terrific. Not hungry - and not like I am on a diet. (I also added the 30Shred to my running routine at the time).

I am starting to eat clean (started yesterday in fact) to lose the last ten because I work out intensly and eat decently and I know this will give me the extra oomph! Feeling better all ready (just happier about myself)! I swore I'd never get that "extreme" with how I ate but I gotta do something about my energy level and get a little more fat off my waist
  • I started with only about 20 to lose and it has been difficult. I was stuck at 15 lbs lost for a while - still trying to get the last 5. I lately increased my exercise routine from about 35 min a day to 75 min a day and the scale has started to move down again. Also, I got my hubby on MFP which has made it easier to have healthy meals (even though I was already eating pretty healthy.).

For me I knew I had to increase my deficit as being smaller I no longer needed as many calories as I started with. I had been loosing 1lb a week on 1500. I realised I needed to drop to 1200 ish for the last 10. The way I have done this is by 5:2 day fasting. 1500 5 days and 500 for 2 days, so far this is working well and have lost further 4lbs over 5 weeks. Down to my final 8 I am expecting to slow right down, but as long as the weight continues to go the right direction.
