So i was able to complete 17 work outs before i injured my shoulder and knee at the same time. I honestly don't see one bit of difference, but it gave me one great workout regardless.

I hope this works, I can't always seem to get my resized pictures to save, so i apologize in advance if these are huge.

    I can see a huge difference. Your belly, back and waist look a lot smaller to me. Well done!

    i see more definition small but definition up on ur stomach and big difference in ur back for only 17 workouts that is awesome!!

    haha! Honestly, i do not know how i got tan, i am never running around in a bathing suit or anything!
