Breakfast on the go

I'm one of those bad people that wakes up with just enough time to get up, get dressed, get my stuff, and go. Really not a morning person, so those days I usually end up skipping breakfast or just grabbing something after my first class which is usually really bad for me but by then I'm just hungry. I don't eat much during the day as it is but I find if I eat breakfast I eat more all day and am much less tired (I need to get back into my exercise routine to help with that, I know).
Anyone have any good ideas for a grab and go breakfast that's filling and good for you?
Even make beforehand stuff would be ok... If I could remember to grab it..

I have a busy schedule as well and try to sleep as much as I can
I always have the 90 calorie ceral bars handy, Special K protein bars (very filling), or boiled eggs usually from the previous day.

I'm exactly like you, I wake up and am out the door usually within 20 minutes.
I take the time to prepare food the night before. I'll put some cereal in a container, or cut fruits and add them to yogurt in a container. There's also overnight oatmeal I've been hearing about that's suppose to be a fast, convenient breakfast. If I decide to take a few extra minutes, I throw a bunch of stuff in a blender (fruits, soy milk, protein powder) and put it in a thermos to take along with me. Make friends with your tupperware0 -
Well, I stop at Dunkin Donuts and get a bacon egg and cheese wrap. Delicious and around 200 calories. You could always boil eggs and store in the fridge as well.0
