What workouts are you doing?

What are you doing to loose weight? What exercise programs are you doing right now or have you done in the past that you really liked? What is giving you the best results? if you have progress pics feel free to share those :)

    The plan my gym uses for their weight loss program that I've followed and had great success with:
    - 3 one-hour strength/circuit training a week
    - 3 45-minute high intensity cardio sessions a week (can be anything -- spinning, mma, running, elliptical, steps, aerobics class, zumba only if it's a really "hot" program, not too low and dancy)
    - 2 additional 30-minute interval cardio sessions a week, 15 minutes on two different machines (whether treadmill, bike, eliptical, steps...)

    PLUS - tracking every last calorie consumed.
