Suggestions for Calorie limit

Background:

I have myself set at lightly active, with a Net Calories around 1380. As a rule I eat all of my exercise calories, I'm pretty honest with my inputs and am working on reducing my sodium/sugar intake. I also do 50m of cardio and heavy lifting 3x per week.

I'm not losing weight. In fact, my last WI (likely due to sodium) was 2 lbs ABOVE my (re)starting weight of 217. In TWO months.

Frustrated doesn't begin to explain my feelings.

As silly as it sounds, I'm wondering if I should reset my Calorie level.

Info
Age: 34,
Weight 219
Frame: Large (7in wrist)
Activity level: I set it at lightly active, I am a seamstress, sewing an average of 2 hrs/day. The rest of the day I am wandering around after our 7 children, and the general busyness looking after a house.

Should I be reseting my activity level?

Sorry if it was confusing. I'm also so confused. ;)
TIA!

To the PP, Thanks! I will redo the formula!
My BMR suggests 2424 to maintain?

    Arms
    Vertical press: 85
    Chest Press: 65
    Vertical pull: 25
    Triceps: 20/12 (different exercises)

16 minutes elliptical Heartrate at between 155-160
17 minutes Bike: Heart rate 150-160
18 minutes Treadmill, Heart rate between 155-150

I do the cardio every other day and the weights I do 2-3 of them each time I go.
    2L water per day

And eating my exercise calories. :)
