stay away from sythetic oils as they are silicone based and I'm pretty sure they lead to implants.

Grape seed oil. It heats up to very high temps and has a nice flavor.

Officially, olives are fruit so I would respond with olive oil. That said, I also received some avocado oil as a gift last Christmas.

well, not sure what's wrong with peanut or coconut oils that are orgnanic unless its due to food alergies. try organic Ghee, flaxseed oil, organic extra virgin olive oil unfiltered, avacado oil... ask your local health food store for some suggestions also oganic non processed canola oil is good. there is list you can get from whole foods. hope this is helpful

There are plenty of seed oils. Sunflower, flaxseed oil, and hemp seed oil are all great. There's also safflower oil, that is good for high heat cooking.
