Baked chk thighs on the bone w/ skin,..at 350 1 1/2 hrs get crispy like fried chicken!! 3/4 cp.Italian green beans & corn sauteed w/ fresh garlic & fresh swee basil from our garden.,a dash of salt & pepper,.Rice Ronie white cheddar shells (2oz)..Ice water w/ fresh mint! =390 cals toatal ~ simple and yummy!

    Sounds good you did way better tnight than I did. Homemade tamales and carnie asada tacos !!! Yeahhh put me over my goal for today but I still have to ride bike tonight . But you go girl a whole meal and still you did good on calories.

    2 egg omelet w/ 1/4 c weight watcher mexican blend cheese, Vitalicious corn muffin made with fiesta lime seasoning added to batter, homemade vegetable salsa.

    4 ounces baked flounder, "mashed" cauliflower with some butter....I love mashed potatoes and these taste just like em!

    Gonna have a glass or two of wine tonight..need to save my calories...LOL :drinker:
