since starting and really sticking to my weight loss journey in beginning of July i have lost 20lbs.[over all 28 since i came onto this site]..i can see it in my face arm legs chest and even my back...but now there the tummy fat :( I know that's where the last 20+ pounds are that i need to loose at least most of them.

Was wondering if anyone can helps me with good exercise's to help loose it? or give me encouraging words that it will take time!

I do cardio 5-6 times a week. along with light weight lifting. and i am dieting.

Im getting to a point where the fat isn't going away and i feel like giving up. :( i don't want to give up! I want to succeed...so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Stick to your plan and keep losing weight. You will eventually reduce belly fat.
  • I'm having the same issue. It's the belly that drives me nuts. I figured if I lose enough, I may treat myself to a little lipo and maybe a tummy tuck. The truth is I've had two babies and I'm 43 so it's not ever going back to the way it was before my kids were born. I would almost be close to ok with my weight if a lot of it wasn't in my belly. I'm hoping it will go down more but it just seems to get flabbier as I lose the weight. YUCK! Wish I had answers for you. I'm just going to keep burning up the treadmill and hope it will go down. I'm going to lose as much as I can and do everything in my power to get it smaller, but I'm not opposed to the lipo and tummy tuck, after I've exhausted all possibilities and I get to a good weight.
  • I agree with the previous poster. Just stick to it girl. You are doing awesome. Losing 20lbs since July is fantastic. Just remind yourself that the belly area for us ladies is generally the first place we gain and the last place we lose, sadly. Keep focused on your daily goals (one day at a time), get stoked when you meet them and before you know it that belly will start shrinking.
Keep fightin the good fight girl and congrats on your success so far.

Hmm, lifting heavier would probably help as well...be sure to do lots of compound movements and work the core in general, don't just do a million crunches. c: Congrats on the success so far!

Thank you everyone :) Will definitely take everything you said and use it to help! I just feel at such a lose. Having had 2 kids also i know that it wont ever be the same as when i was a teen...but flatter would definantly be better! and for the 100 toe bar raises everyday...lol id have to be able to get my feet up there first and get myself off there after...so that may take a little while to master that kinda skill ;) like the idea though :D
