New Beginnings

Hi everyone!
I've had a MFP account for awhile but I'm only just taking it seriously now. I've been going to the gym regularly since Labor Day this year...not a long time but baby steps :) Five days without a missed day at least 1 hour a day :). I'm also doing well with my diet! I'm so excited and happy with myself so far! I've got a long way ahead of me but I'm staying optimistic. I would like new friends to share my progress with and share in theirs, add me! Good luck everyone! Keep positive, we can do this!
