During 62.5kg - can't remember date

And now I'm 60.8kg. My goal is 55kg. I will definitely post a better progress pic then! :bigsmile:

            What was your exercise routine like?0

            Honestly, I think weight loss is 90% diet and 10% exercise. I exercise nearly every day because I love doing it and it burns calories. I've always exercised but it wasn't until I changed my diet that I started losing weight. I only really eat fruit, vegetables, fish, eggs, chicken and a few occasional snacks (protein bars, popcorn).
